Over the last six years, LRI has used its background and experience in Learning and Development, and Self Development, to build and implement bespoke learning solutions and platforms for a diverse range of international organisations. For the last two years this experience has been used to create and refine a suite of successful web based Core Learning Platform Solutions. LRI have recognised that organisations want flexible and sustainable solutions capable of being implemented and customised quickly and easily from a ‘generic’ base, each with a high percentage of best practice functionality, and without any need for substantial refinement or tailoring. 

As a consequence of this experience, and reflecting LRI’s philosophy that the revolution in e-learning is about process not content, LRI have developed a suite of ‘progressive’ platforms allowing organisations to evolve and implement these solutions for people’s performance in a structured, staged, and evolving manner.
