Saudi Development and Training (SDT), Saudi Arabia’s largest training organisation and an ILM Accredited Centre, is one of an increasing number of international bodies using LRI's Blended Learning Processes; offering ILM Levels 2, 3 and 5 VR Qualifications in Leadership and Management to staff at BAE Systems. 

Supervisors and managers are entering into a 6 to 18 month process involving significant hours of online learning, coupled with tutorial inputs and all the appropriate assignments and assessments required for the qualification. This approach completely fits in with their working hours, practices and widespread locations. The feedback so far has been unanimously positive.
